  3. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card of Authority Holder (in case of Authority holder).
  4. Original paid Voucher of Verification Fee.
  5. (if applied through Property Dealer).
  • Copy of Property Dealer’s Registration Card
  • stamp of Estate Agent 

In Case of Ex. JCOs / Soliders / NOK of Shuhdas

  • 1 x photocopy of NOC from GHQ
  • 1 x photocopy of Discharge Certificate.
  • Pension Book (Duly Attested)

In case of Company / Trust / Firm / Partnership, Kindly refer to set of instructions available at Reception / Website Transfer Form section.

Procedure 

  1. Verification form is available at DHA Office Reception. (Download)
  2. Submit the Verification Form along with the documents mentioned above at DHA Office Reception.
  3. Customer/ Authority Holder will collect Verification Performa from DHA Reception next day.

No Demand Certificate is the first step for transfer in which the owner has to clear all outstanding objections and dues.

Documents Required

  1. 1 x Photocopy of CNIC
  2. 1 x Photocopy of Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letters
  3. 1 x Photocopy of Site Plan for the plots (if possession is open), If not held will be applied for along with NDC.
  4. 1 x Photocopy of Completion Certificate (in case of Completed House / Building)
  5. TIP Paid receipt and clearance certificate from Walton / Lahore Cantt Board (In case of constructed property).
  6. Property Tax receipt and clearance certificate from Walton / Lahore Cantt Board. In case of exemption, exemption certificate be attached.
  7. In case of Company / Trust / Firm / Partnership, kindly refer to set of instructions available at Reception / Website.
  8. NOC for Armed Forces Personnel in case of service benefit Plots/ Plots allotted out of Defence quota from GHQ AG’s Branch (W&R Dte).
  9. Attested photocopies of Pension Book, Discharge Certificate and Form ‘B’ in case of Rtd. JCOs/NCOs and NOKs of Shaheed / Deceased.
  10. In case of Hiba transfer, 1 x Photocopy of Family Registration Certificate (FRC) to be attached.
  11. For Haly Tower/ Gold Crest/ Penta Square:
  • No Objection Certificate from concerned O & M Company is mandatory.
  • Undertaking by the Purchaser is mandatory for submission along with Transfer documents set.

Procedure

  1. No Demand Certificate request form is available at DHA Office Reception. (Download)
  2. Submit the No Demand Certificate along with the documents mentioned above to the Customer Services Officer at Customer Care Centre, DHA Office.
  3. If the required documents are complete, the Customer Services Officer will issue receipt of documents to the customer.
  4. Customer will come on the date provided on the receipt to collect Payment Voucher from Finance counters, DHA Office.
  5. After paying the voucher in the bank, customer submits the copies of Vouchers of all dues including Transfer Fee along with IT-5 Form and Paid Voucher of Advance Tax (if applicable) at NDC counters.
  6. In case of House or Open Possession Plot, customer will have to coordinate with Building Control Branch for Surveyor visit and dues clearance.
  7. In case of Constructed Building, customer has to clear the TIP Tax of Walton / Lahore Cantt Board and Water Bill.
  8. Submits the complete Transfer Documents after fulfilling the above requirements to Customer Service Officer for the transfer appointment.

Note:

  1. Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter(s) to be surrendered to DHA at the time of transfer.
  2. Original Paid challan of Transfer Fee and other dues (if any) to be submitted at least two working days before Transfer.
  3. Physical appearance of Minor at the time of transfer of property is not mandatory if Guardian is already appointed from court of Law.
  4. Validity period of NDC.
    • Constructed building (House/Plaza) – 30 days
    • Possession/Non-Possession – 90 days

  1. Forwarding letter giving the details of the plot / house, name of purchaser and documents under Seller’s three Signatures.
  2. Original Allotment / Transfer Letter so that new letter is issued in the name of transferee.
  3. Affidavit typed on Stamp paper worth Rs.50/- duly attested by Oath Commissioner.
  4. No Demand Certificate (NDC).
  5. Undertaking by the Seller & Purchaser.
  6. Photocopies of the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of both Seller and Buyer duly attested by Oath Commissioner.
  7. 2 x Passport size photograph duly attested by class one officer.
  8. Associate Membership Registration Fee Rs.50,000/- of new Owner.
  9. Cost of Associate Membership Registration Form Rs.1,500/-.
  10. Cantt. Board transfer Tax .
  11. Original Transfer / Sales Deed along with affidavits of seller and purchaser are to be surrendered in case of registered plot.
  12. CVT-1 & IT-5 Form
  13. Transfer Fee according to the size of plot.

  15. Stamp duty tax will be paid by the Purchaser after transfer activity.

Procedure

  1. Apply for No Demand Certificate.
  2. Customer to visit Transfer Branch for Transfer appointment.
  3. Both Seller and Purchaser will visit Transfer Branch for transfer.
  4. Customer will submit Transfer Documents along with all paid Government charges and Membership fee of DHA within 30 days of Transfer at Customer Care Centre.
  5. Customer Services Officer will endorse/receive the documents and issue receipt.
  6. Customer will bring the receipt and original Computerized National Identity Card on the given date, to collect the Allocation / Intimation / Transfer Letter(s) from Transfer Branch, DHA Office.

Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter for cancellation at the time of Transfer. Original Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA. Declaration of oral gift on e-stamp paper worth Rs.100/- . No Demand Certificate (NDC) after clearance of all the dues and transfer fee. Undertaking by the Donee in relation to taxes. Acceptance by Donee on e-stamp paper worth Rs.100/-. Photocopies of the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of Donor, Donee and two Witnesses duly attested by the Oath Commissioner / Gazetted Class one officer / regular member. 2 x Passport size photograph of the Donee (Blue Background) duly attested. Associate Membership (AM) Form (Available at Finance counter for Rs.1,500/-) Paid Challan of Associate Membership (AM) Fee Rs.50,000/- of Donee. The fee for transfer of property as a gift in favour of a person, other than the Legal Heirs, may be different which would be determined from time to time by the Authority. In case Hiba Transfer is being done between Parent(s) and Daughter(s), the daughter(s) (if she is married and her CNIC has been changed) will have to give proof of relationship in form of Old CNIC / Educational Documents or Nikah Nama etc. Physical appearance of 2 x witnesses along with their original CNIC is must at the time of transfer.

After the death of the owner, the property is transferred to the legal heir(s).

  3. Certified copies of Suit / Judgment and Decree in respect of legal heirs issued by the Civil Judge having competent Jurisdiction or Succession Certificate issued by NADRA.
  4. Affidavit by Legal Heir(s) on E-Stamp paper worth Rs.100/-  in relation to confirmation of total number of Legal Heir(s).
  5. Death Certificate (duly attested) by Gazatted Class – 1 Officer.
  6. Photocopies of the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of all legal heirs’ (duly attested)
  7. Passport size photograph (with blue background) of all legal heirs’ duly attested by class one officer.
  8. Advertisement regarding death of owner / member with photograph in two National / Nation Wide newspapers (Urdu & English) as per specimen (DHA employees are exempted).
  9. Registration Form of legal heirs’ (jointly) Rs.1,500/- available at Finance counters.
  10. Original paid challan of Registration fee.
  11. Original paid challan of Transfer fee.
  12. Original paid challan of Legal Processing Fee.
  13. Surrender Affidavit of Inheritance share duly attested from Embassy/ Consulate in case Legal Heir(s) living abroad.

Note

  • Original CNIC must be brought by owner(s)
  • For collection of Legal Heirs Letters minors are not required to come.
  • In case of constructed properties, on due date one of the co-owners to collect the photocopy of Transfer Letter for Mutation from Cantonment Board. On receipt of Mutation Letter, all the owners will physically come for collection of original Transfer Letter.

  • In case any of the legal heirs is in abroad, he / she can authorize other legal heir to collect allocation / intimation / allotment / transfer letter on their behalf. The authority letter has to be attested by concerned Pakistani Embassy / Consulates or Solicitor/ Notarized.
  • Any one Legal Heir out of all can submit the Legal Heir(s) documents.
  • As per GHQ latest policy NOKs / Legal Heirs of Offrs who are allotted svc / appt benefits are request to approach GHQ with following documents:-
  1. Application by NOKs / Legal Heir
  2. Declaratory Decree from Civil Court
  3. Copy of Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter issued by DHA Lahore
  4. Death Certificate of officer
  5. Death Certificate of NOKs / Legal Heir (in case of death)
  6. Copy of CNICs of NOKs / Legal Heir (if applicable)
  7. Court Surrendered Certificate / Proof (in case of surrender of share by NOKs / Legal Heir

Procedure

  1. Submit the documents to Customer Services Officer at Customer Care Centre DHA office after filling in the required information.
  2. Customer Service Officer will issue the receipt against the documents.
  3. Transfer Branch will issue a confirmation letter.
  4. After receiving the confirmation letter, Legal Heir(s) along with their original Computerized National Identity Card will visit Transfer Branch to collect the Allocation / Intimation / Transfer Letter.
  5. In case any one of the Legal Heir is abroad, he / she can authorize any other Legal Heir to receive the letter on his / her behalf. Authority Letter has to be attested by the Pakistan Embassy / Consulate.
If the Seller is abroad and can not appear for transfer.

Documents Required

  1. Request for submission of complete Transfer document set duly attested by Pakistan Emnassy/ Consulate (specimen attached) along with CVT-1, IT-5 Form, NDC Form and site plan form (if required sent to the owner by seller’s representative)
  2. Documents are signed by the owner in concerned Embassy / consulate and documents should be attested by the Embassy / consulate.
  3. Photocopy of Owner’s CNIC (duly attested).
  4. Photocopy of Passport and Visa with exit  and entry stamp(duly attested).
  5. Authority Letter for submission of papers on stamp paper worth Rs. 100/-.
  6. Fee receipt from consulate general of Pakistan.
  7. After submission of documents the same will be verified through QR code & NDC will be submitted by Transfer Branch. After that routine process for NDC is to be pursued.
  8. After preparation of NDC, transfer will be carried out in the presence of Authority holder.

Procedure

  1. Authority Holder submits the documents to Customer Services Officer at Customer Care Centre, DHA Office.
  2. Customer Service Officer will issue the receipt of the documents.
  3. Transfer Branch will verify the transfer documents from concerned Embassy / Consulate and Owner.
  4. After receiving the Confirmation Letter from the Embassy / Consulate and individual, Authority Holder will follow procedure mentioned in Regular Transfer Section.
If the Purchaser is abroad and can not appear for transfer.

SERVICE TIMELINE CHARGES DELIVERY
Out Station Transfer On completion of requirements. Outstation Transfer Charges i.e Rs 11,000/- Transfer Branch

Documents Required

  1. Application from the Seller for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Certificate.
  2. All Documents required in Regular Transfer.

Procedure

  1. The Owner will submit an application requesting for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Officer / Doctor’s Certificate clearly mentioning the medical reason for inability to travel.
  2. After approval by the Competent Authority, the Seller will adopt procedure mentioned in  Regular Transfer Section.
  3. Transfer will be executed at the station requested
  4. Purchaser transfer formalities will be carried out in DHA Office, Lahore.
If the Purchaser is unable to appear at DHA Lahore for transfer.

Documents Required

  1. Application from the Purchaser for Outstation Transfer along with Undertaking and Authority Letter Download.
  2. All Documents required in Regular Transfer.

  5. Photo Copy of Intimation Letter.

Procedure

  1. Customer submits the required documents to the Customer Services Officer at Customer Care Center, DHA Office.
  2. If the documents are complete, the Customer Service Officer after endorsing will give a receipt to the customer.
  3. Customer will receive the allotment letter at the given date.

Note:

  1. Urgent Transfer / Intimation / Allocation / Allotment letter and Allocation against land affidavit can be obtained after the approval of Director Transfer & Record on affidavit of Rs 100/- Stamp Paper. 
  2. Bring Original CNIC, Allocation Letter and Intimation Letter to receive Allotment Letter.
  3. Allotment Letter will only be prepared after deposit of Associate Membership form along with registration fee if already not deposited.
  4. Urgent Transfer / Allotment letter fee (all phases) is Rs 15,000/-
  5. Urgent allocation letter against land fee is Rs 40,000/
